Elysium or the Elysian Fields was an aspect of the Greek afterlife, said to be reserved for individuals with the most honor.

During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra travelled to Elysium at one point during her quest to master the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus.

Given to Persephone by her husband Hades, she was free to shape it to her liking but it functioned as her prison, after she was abducted by him.[1]
