Revision as of 20:56, 1 August 2019 by imported>Unizilla91 (Whoever undid my edit, I'd like an explanation please, because what I added wasn't inaccurate. Well maybe grammatically, but not the facts. I looked it up and you CAN meet Elpis as Alexios. Go look it up on Youtube if you don't believe me.)

In Aletheia's simulation of Atlantis, Elpis was the human lover of the Isu Atlas, one of the sons of Poseidon. She lived in northern part of the Porimos Ring.

Biography

Though a human, Elpis fell in love with the Isu Atlas, and the feeling was mutual. However, due to the Atlantean society's norms, they kept their relationship secret. Despite this, Elpis was going to marry Atlas, hoping that she could then influence politics and thus ease the tensions between humans and the Isu in Atlantis.[1]

To do that, she sought to become more than a 'mere' human, and trained very hard to emulate the Spartan misthios Kassandra/Alexios. In time, Elpis realized she would never succeed, due to two things: Kassandra's/Alexios' bloodline and her [Kassandra]/his [Alexios] spear.[1]

When Elpis met Kassandra/Alexios, she tasked the misthios to acquire raw adamant from the Adamant Metallon without being seen.[1] After creating an Isu device from the raw adamant, she turned herself into a hybrid, mixing her human DNA with that of the Isu. When Atlas attacked Kassandra/Alexios, Elpis saved her [Kassandra] /him [Alexios] but accidentally killed him with a directed energy beam. As a result, Elpis took over Atlas' position as the new Archon of the district.[2]
