Temple of Athena Itonia

Temple of Athena Itonia was a ruined temple dedicated to the goddess Athena located on Mount Helikon in Boeotia, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra visited the ruins, eliminating the bandits occupying the temple, looting their valuables and freeing their captive.[1]
