Salamis Marbe Quarry was an Athenian quarry located on the Isle of Salamis, Greece, during the 5th century BCE.
The quarry was owned by the family of Brison, a member of the Delian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos, and following the Cult's demand for him to kill the Athenian sculptor Phidias, Brison withdrew to the quarry.[1]
During the Peloponnesian War the misthios Kassandra infiltrated the quarry, killing Brison and finding one of the Ainigmata Ostraka within.[2]
