Prague

Prague is the capital and the largest city of the Czech Republic. It also functioned as the capital of the Holy Roman Empire, being the seat of two Holy Roman Emperors.

History

From 1589 to 1591, Castle Prague served as the workshop of Edward Kelley. Kelley's stepdaughter Elizabeth Jane Weston continued to live here with her husband. It was also the city were the Golem roamed.[1]

In the 18th century, the primary headquarters of the Templar Order was located in Prague on Celetná Lane.[2]

By 1864, the Aurora Equestrian Troupe started to travel once more after Vienna and performed in the capital, where the acrobat Pierrette Arnaud changed her act after meeting Simeon Price and started to look for the mysterious figure, the "Magus", by herself.[3]
