Concept art of the Pillars

The Pillars of the Dead were a set of Isu pillars in Chasm of Torment, within the simulation of the Underworld. Adorned with shields, spears and helmets of the fallen, these pillars stood in the river Styx.

During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra explored the area.[1]
