The Leader House was the dwelling of the king of the Petrified Islands in Mytilene, Lesbos, Greece during the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War, the house served as the residence of the acting king Kodros, who was also a member of the branch of the Cult of Kosmos which had sided with the Delian League.^[1] At some point Kodros invited Titos, a champion of the Arena in Pephka, to his home.^[2]

After learning of Kodros' allegiance to Kosmos, the Spartan misthios Kassandra infiltrated the place and slew Kodros. She also burned supplies and claimed the valuables within the house.^[1]>
