Gaia the Fist: Difference between revisions

Gaia the Fist (died 422 BCE) was a mercenary who operated around Potidaia in Makedonia during the Peloponnesian War.

Around 429 BCE, Gaia was one of the mercenaries hired by the Order of Hunters to hunt down the misthios Kassandra, who was also a Tainted One. The influx of mercenaries troubled Ide, an elderly woman living in Amphipolis, and when she crossed paths with Kassandra, Ide asked her to get rid of the mercenaries.^[1] Kassandra did so, finding Gaia hanging around Potidaia's docks, and killing him.^[2]
