Date: Resurrection Day.
Location: Unknown.
Charlotte stares into the Koh-i-Noor, whilst all around her is blood and the fallen bodies of Instruments and Assassins, including the slain Arend and Kiyoshi.
The humanoid form of Juno stands before Charlotte, with Elijah seemingly protected behind the Assassin. Charlotte warns Juno off the boy. Promising to deal with Elijah later, Juno relates that Charlotte smells of Consus, and summons the diamond towards her. Gripping Charlotte by the hair, she states that the human is not worthy of the Koh-i-Noor and that she has ultimately failed her comrades.
Modern Day:
South of Barcelona, Spain. T - 3 days until Resurrection Day. Arend and Kiyoshi study the Spanish terrain, trying to find any recognizable land to help find the Koh-i-Noor. They discuss how neither of them will reach old age, and that life will constantly be in motion for the Brotherhood. An older Spanish man and woman approach them, who shortly after draw melee weapons and attempt to attack the Assassins.
Otso Berg, Galina and Charlotte continue to search the Spanish hillsides for any indications of the diamond. Charlotte mentions that she can feel something pulling her towards some nearby hills, thus they head towards them.
Arend and Kiyoshi continue to battle the old couple, whom are surprisingly well trained and adept in their combat skills. A helicopter arrives above the scene, and Jasdip Dhami leaps down to the fight vicinity, along with several members of the Instruments of the First Will - all of which are armed with assault rifles. The Assassins and old couple are forced to surrender as a result. Jasdip interrogates the older Spanish man, and finds that they are protectors of the site, originally trained decades ago by André Bolden and Ignacio Cardona themselves.
Charlotte collapses to the ground, her eyes glowing with blue energy. They are close now. Digging through the soil, they uncover the remains of a collapsed church. Charlotte descends down inside with Otso and Galina, where they discover a light shines amongst the darkness. Charlotte reaches out, and claims the Koh-i-Noor from the rubble. Drones hover above, and detect the three of them.
Made aware of Charlotte's location, Jasdip and the Instruments grab the hostages and make their way to the collapsed church. Kiyoshi uses a razor wire in his gauntlet to surprise the Instrument guards around him. A battle commences, with Jasdip and Otso immediately launching at each other. Charlotte holds the Koh-i-Noor tightly, and as she does so a bright blue glow emits from it, as well as from her eyes. Moments later, a blue energy explosion erupts around her, knocking down everyone.

Modern Day:
T-2 days before Resurrection Day. 1pm, London, UK. My'shell practices her combat techniques upon mannequins within the hideout. She heads outside to buy takeout food, and returns to feed the still-captured Guernica. He questions whether she realizes that the Assassins have in fact abandoned her to her fate. Not wishing to believe it and claiming he will make anything up, My'shell is warned by him that the safehouse is a compromised location and to run while she can.
00.00am. Spain, South of Barcelona. Charlotte glows with blue energy emanating from the Koh-i-Noor, and levitates above the ground. Adjusting his visor to the light, Jasdip leaps through the light into Charlotte, knocking her away from the diamond, immediately ending the energy field around the area. He states that she must have "holy blood", and as such will not kill her as she might be of interest to Juno. Grabbing her, Jasdip calls in a mortar strike, forcing everyone to dive for cover. With fire engulfing the area, a helicopter drops a rope ladder down to Jasdip's position. Amongst the flames, one of the old protectors steps out stating that it remains his responsibility to protect the Koh-i-Noor, and in turn tries to attack Jasdip. He is rapidly killed in response by Jasdip's Hidden Blade. Charlotte tries to activate the dropped Koh-i-Noor, but is struck in the back of the head by Jasdip. Instead now electing to kill her, he leans in to strike the killing blow before the pin of the Black Cross strikes him in the face through the cheek. Otso Berg and Galina rush to Charlotte's aid, but Jasdip manages to reach the rope ladder of the helicopter with the Koh-i-Noor in hand. A time later, the remaining Assassins dig graves reflecting on the fact that they have failed to stop Juno. However, Otso is quick to point out that she does not yet have a body, and that it is time they all went to visit the Phoenix Project.
Back in London, two members of the Instruments of the First Will enter the hideout, and locate Guernica. Informing him that he is a loose end, they are quick to realize that they are not alone. My'shell manages to surprise one of the Instruments, but ends up battling down some stairs with them. Realizing his life is now on the line as well, Guernica snaps the neck of the remaining Instrument by surprising them from behind.
T-1 days before Resurrection Day. 02:47am. The Phoenix Project. Location redacted. A small female fetus grows within the lab. Violet confirms with Gramática if it is indeed female, as the sample DNA sample was in fact taken from Elijah. Utilizing the Shroud of Eden as an amniotic sac, it is accelerating the growth of the fetus exponentially with the hope that the body will be ready in 24 hours. Juno is pleased to hear that they are using Consus' own work against him. Strapped to a frame, Elijah lays in agony having had his bone marrow harvested without the use of anesthesia.[4]
02/05/2018 - With Juno's new form nearing completion, our Assassin's make a final all-out assault on the Phoenix Project labs. But are they already too late? The Phoenix Project saga reaches its heady climax in this final chapter of Assassin’s Creed Uprising!
Modern Day:
Location Redacted. Within the cells of the forming clone body, Juno converses by thought with Consus thanks to the usage of the Shroud of Eden. He warns Juno that she must know that Charlotte will stop her, but Juno dismisses the claim stating that the human is weak.
London. The Assassin hideout is engulfed in flames, as the emergency services arrive to try to contain it. Looking on from a distance, My'shell and Guernica realise that the dead bodies of the Instruments they left inside could easily have been them. My'shell questions whether Guernica will return to the Instruments now, but he collapses with the wounds inflicted upon him in the recent battle. As he bleeds out, My'shell argues that his actions of cruelty can never be justified as a necessary evil. Telling him to apply pressure to the wounds, she walks away leaving him shouting for an ambulance.
Location Unknown, Abstergo jet. Arend and Kiyoshi discuss about going over to speak to Otso Berg, whom sits further down the aisle. Eventually Arend elects to walk over and sit opposite the Black Cross. Reminding Otso of [[Rotterdam], and the battle between them over the Precursor Box, Arend tries to tell Otso that if they make it out of their current situation alive - then they will be equal. Otso regales Arend with the story of how Finland actually switched sides three times in World War II], before slamming Arend against the wall and promising that once things with Juno are over - he will happily be slicing his throat.
Location Redacted. Violet takes a call from Otso, stating that he will arrive in six hours and she should maintain a watch on the Instruments. She checks in with Gramática , who relays that they are well ahead of schedule with Juno's body now.
In a separate locked room, Elijah is tended to by an aide known as Richmond. Complaining that his back still hurts from the previous surgery, Elijah relates about how being a Sage allows him to access the memories and skills of the Isu scientist Aita. In doing so, after Richmond leaves, he is able to short circuit the locked door and moves deeper into the facility.
Back on the Abstergo jet, the group studies blueprints of the Phoenix Project lab and agrees to split out for infiltration. Berg and Galina will meet Violet directly, with Arend and Kiyoshi going to the south side Loading Bay. Finally, Charlotte will enter a ventilation shaft which leads directly into Gramática's lab. As the team starts to initiate their plan, Elijah locks Richmond into a room with a clear ill intent towards him.
Within the lab, the clone body of Juno begins to speak. Surprised at the feeling of vocal chords after thousands of years, she expresses that she is finally ready to walk the earth once more.[4]

The Phoenix Project saga reaches its heady climax in this final chapter of Assassin’s Creed Uprising!
Modern Day: Resurrection Day. Australian desert.
Otso Berg, his Black Cross uniform donned, approaches the secret Phoenix Project lab amidst a heavy sandstorm. At the entrance he finds Violet da Costa waiting, along with many armed Instruments of the First Will. Jasdip Dhami steps out to face Berg alone, and after a brief discussion, is deftly assassinated by a sniper shot to the head delivered by Galina from a distance.
Inside the labs, Richmond attempts to unlock the door that has trapped him in the room with Elijah. Elijah mentions that he remembers the day that he was taken from his mother, with her ultimately being killed. He vows revenge on the Instruments, and promptly executes Richmond with a screwdriver to the neck.
At the rear entrance to the labs, Kiyoshi and Arend engage in a fire fight with the Instruments, ultimately resorting to the use of a rocket launcher to eliminate the clustered cultists.
Back out in the sandstorm, Charlotte struggles through the winds to find a hidden hatch, and climbs into an air vent down into the labs. A blast of energy breaks the seal of Juno's tank, and she walks out into the air, remarking that the power of the Shroud infuses her body with energy. As Juno dons some robes, Charlotte leaps from the air vent above, and makes an attempt to perform an air assassination on the Isu with her Hidden Blade. Juno reacts in time and blasts Charlotte with energy emanating from her hands. Charlotte is suspended in the air by the power, and as Juno looks to get dressed further, Elijah approaches Charlotte whilst carrying the Koh-i-Noor. Elijah mentions that he recognized something old within her, as it was inside him. He puts the diamond to Charlotte's hand, and energy begins to fill the room with bright light. Charlotte is able to control the energy, and is able to shield her Assassin allies within the facility, by funneling them away from the Instruments and towards the labs with walls made of energy.
Juno knocks the diamond from Charlotte's hands, as the Assassins rush into the lab. Arend and Kiyoshi are blasted by Juno's energy beams, and fall to the ground lifelessly. As Juno grabs Charlotte by the hair, she looks up and sees Consus staring back at her. He mocks her new body, stating that it is fresh but her heart is dead as a moon.
Suddenly, we see Charlotte and all the Assassins alive again. Juno is standing talking to a coffee cup. Charlotte is channeling an illusion into Juno's mind all of this time. Juno becomes enraged, and starts blasting at an imaginary Consus. This begins to destroy the ceiling, and the roof starts to collapse in on itself - with Gramática killed by a falling girder. Juno finally realizes it is an illusion, and reaches out to Elijah to pass over the Koh-i-Noor. At this moment, a Hidden Blade cuts through Juno's throat from behind, and she falls to the ground - slain by Charlotte. Elijah vows that Aita is a ghost in the wind, and that this lineage ends here. He climbs a rope and escapes out of the air vent, leaving Charlotte behind.
The remaining Assassins and Berg run out of the labs, as it slowly collapses around them. As they emerge outside, Violet and the Instruments lie in wait. Despite looking severely out numbered, Berg mocks Violet as Templar special forces surround the area. He takes Violet's gun, and shoots her through the chest, stating that before she dies she should enjoy one final show. He takes out a remote detonator, and clicks it. The lab immediately explodes, with both Charlotte and the body of Juno still seemingly inside. As the explosion erupts, in the distance Elijah walks into the desert, still clutching the Koh-i-Noor.[4]
