Tychon (died 38 BCE) was a Greek official and nomarch of Thebes Nome during the reign of Cleopatra.

In 38 BCE, he was assassinated by the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa in the Theban Necropolis, who retrieved his ledger containing the location of a statue of Amun.

Trivia

  • Tychon is a Greek name derived from the word τυγχανω (tynchano) meaning 'hit the mark, succeed'.
