Elysium, or the Fields of Elysium or Elysian Fields, was an Isu realm which was later depicted by ancient Greeks as an aspect of the afterlife, said to be reserved for individuals with the most honor.
Given to Persephone by her husband, Hades, she was free to shape it to her liking but it functioned as her prison after she was abducted by him.[1]
