Ilos was a Kephallonian armorer who lived during the 5th century BCE.

As the Peloponnesian War broke out in 431 BCE, Ilos was hired by Athens to produce various armors for the army. As such, he posted a contract on the bounty board in Sami, requesting a mercenary to collect 2 wolf pelts for him. The contract was accepted by the misthios, Kassandra, who handed over the pelts to Ilos in the town.^[1]
