Fabrizzio Auditore (died 1609) was an Italian Assassin who led a team to the Kingdom of France to recover a Shroud of Eden from the Templars during the Labourd witch-hunt of 1609. As he stormed the Castle of Saint-Pée in southern France with his Assassin brethren, Fabrizzio encountered an old Templar foe of his, François Ascair. In their subsequent duel, the two men killed each other. Despite Fabrizzio's death, his teammate Margaux secured the Shroud before leaving with it for the Americas.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Fabrizzio Auditore is a character introduced in the novel Assassin's Creed: Fragments – The Witches of the Moors. He share his last name with - and thus seemingly a member of - the House of Auditore but his exact relationship to Ezio Auditore da Firenze, if any, is unstated.
