Chersis and the generals during Myrrine's meeting

Chersis was a Naxian general and politician who served under Myrrine during the Peloponnesian War.

In 429 BCE, Chersis and the other generals attended a meeting held by Myrrine at the villa, where he voiced his worries regarding the merchants in the area. Myrrine assured him that she understood his concerns, but protecting the town and quarries was more important.[1]
