I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |

The Shrine of Apollo was a shrine dedicated to the Greek god Apollo, located in the Green Mountains of Cyrenaica in antiquity. The shrine was where the local Oracle of Apollo lived and by the mid-1st century BCE, that role had fallen to a Greek woman named Phoebe.[1]
Around 47 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa visited the place, claiming to be able to feel the 'divine power' of the place. He met the oracle, who directed him to find the Halo of the Huntress Cyrene at the Lake of Tears.[2]
Later, Bayek returned there to witness the formation of Cyrene's Triumvirate, as well as the engagement of Praxilla and Diocles.[3]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
In Assassin's Creed: Origins, the location is simply named as Oracle of Apollo.
