"The things that we think define us are the lies that enslave us."
―Gaspar, c. 422 BCE[src]-[m]

Gaspar (died c. 422 BCE), also known as the Gatekeeper, was a leader of the Followers of Ares in Messenia, Greece during the Peloponnesian War. She was also a member of the Order of Dominion, a branch of the Order of the Ancients.

Biography

Gaspar was born as a slave at some point before being liberated and recruited into the Order of Dominion. As a member of the branch, Gaspar specialized in her research of the Isu and soon rose up to become a chieftain of the Followers of Ares, using a cave in Messenia as her base of operations.[1]

As part of her continued research, Gaspar would make numerous trips to the wetlands in the Bay of Hades, beliving the wild men living there would aid her research. Gaspar would document her findings and sent them to Gergis, the Magi of the branch.[1]

Around 422 BCE, she was eliminated by the misthios Kassandra, who recovered a robe from her body.[2]
