The Celts (or the Celtic people) were composed of Indo-European people which were recognized mainly due to their language. Within the Middle Ages, they followed a unique set of beliefs, which was regarded as Celtic paganism.[1] In 122, the Celtic Britons were kept out due to the Roman Emperor Hadrian's construction of his wall.[2] Before the 5th century, a group of Celtic witch-warriors called the Women of the Mist took residence in the mysterious isle of Avalon within England and worked to protect anyone in need and spy on any outsiders working against them.[3] In the late 9th century, the Celts, like other people, were spread across the countries of England, Scotland, and Ireland.[4]
