The Lion's Tomb (Arabic: مقابر الأسود الدادنية) is a funerary complex in the Southern Wilds, southeast of the Ruinous Sanctuary. The name is derived from the reliefs of lions that adorn the niches cut into the rock by the ancient Kingdom of Dadan.[1] In the 860s, the Alamut Hidden One Basim ibn Ishaq visited the landmark while passing through al-Ula.[2]
