The Isu-Forged Warrior's Spear was one of the three weapons whose blueprints were created by the Isu Hephaistos.

In a simulation of Atlantis created by Aletheia, the misthios Kassandra could forge the spear using the the Forge of Atlantis after recovering enough adamant ingots.[1]
