Yang Guozhong (Chinese: 楊國忠; c. 700 – 756), born Yang Zhao (楊釗), was a Chinese official who served as chancellor to Emperor Xuanzong of Tang during the 8th century. He was also secretly a member of the Order of the Ancients.

He gained influence on the court through his cousin Yang Guifei. His conflict with An Lushan, another member of the Order of the Ancients, eventually led to An Lushan Rebellion.
