The Herat Temple is a First Civilization temple located beneath the Herat Citadel in Herat, Afghanistan. In 1841, the temple was discovered by British Templars under the command of Master Templar William Sleeman by using the Koh-i-Noor in conjunction with one of the Precursor boxes. The site was infiltrated by both the Templars and the Indian Assassin Arbaaz Mir, who was captured by Sleeman before he could activate the temple's pedestal.
