Euhemeria Royal Granary

The Euhemeria Royal Granary was a storehouse located in Faiyum, east of Euhemeria. During the 1st century BCE, it was where some of the food grains levied from the Egyptians of Faiyum were stored and discriminately kept from the populace.

In 48 BCE, after the Medjay Bayek of Siwa found out a merchant's plot on poisoning the locals, the merchant tried to escape Bayek by running towards the granary.[1]
