They call me many things: Murderer. Cutthroat. Thief. But you may call me Ra's Mercy.

This article is about a subject that lacks an official name and is known only by its nickname, title, or alias.

Ra's Mercy (died 48 BCE) was a member of the Phylakes who patrolled the Faiyum Oasis in the first century BCE Egypt.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Ra's Mercy, along with his fellow Phylakes, was tasked to bring the Medjay Bayek of Siwa to justice following the latter's assassination of the Phylakitai Gennadios in Alexandria.[1][2]

Eventually, Ra's Mercy faced Bayek in 48 BCE, and they fought. However, the Medjay proved superior and bested the Phylakes, taking his unique set of dual blades.[2]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The model of the helmet worn by Ra's Mercy is recycled as the War Mask in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey.
