This article is about a goddess in Egyptian mythology. For other uses, see Amun.

Amunet, meaning the 'Hidden One', is a goddess in Egyptian mythology, often known as the female counterpart and consort of Amun.

In 43 BCE, a year after the assassination of Julius Caesar and establishing a Hidden Ones bureau in Rome, Aya of Alexandria renounced her former identity and took up the name Amunet.[1]
