Sif was a Norse farmer in England during the 9th century.

History

Sif lived together with her husband Alvar at a farm in Oxfordshire. Her husband, much to her annoyance, was constantly working on his longship he kept in the backyard. Thus she has to tend to the farm alone, making sure the crops were harvested on time. When Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan approached Alvar, she could hear Sif complaining about him, saying he lived in a dream.
