Ra's Mercy (died 48 BCE) was a member of the Phylakes who patrolled the Faiyum Oasis in the first century BCE Egypt.

Biography

Ra's Mercy, along with his fellow Phylakes, was tasked to bring the Medjay Bayek of Siwa to justice following the latter's assassination of the Phylakitai Gennadios in Alexandria.^[1]^[2]

Eventually, Ra's Mercy faced Bayek in 48 BCE, and they fought. However, the Medjay proved superior and bested the Phylakes, taking his unique set of dual blades.^[2]

Behind the scenes

The model of the helmet worn by Ra's Mercy is recycled as the War Mask in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey.
