Paddy McCaffrey

Paddy McCaffrey was an informant and an agent of the Tammany Hall, a political organization who served of a front for the Templar Order. During the New York City draft riots in 1863, he helped Cudgel Cormac to evacuate young black children from an orphanage trashed by the rioters by transporting them outside of the city thanks to omnibuses.
