Memphis shipyard
|
I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |

The Memphis shipyard was a shipyard located by the Nile in Memphis, Egypt, during the 1st century BCE.
In 48 BCE, a wealthy Roman woman, Gaia Afrania, kidnapped street-children and sold them into slavery. Finding out about this, a teenager and a 'sister' to the children, Kawit sought to save the children. In order to do this, she found the dock where the children were being held in cages, and set the ship they were supposed to be loaded onto, on fire as a distraction. Unfortunately, she was caught.[1]
The Medjay Bayek of Siwa was commissioned by Iphri, one of Kawit's 'brothers', to find her. Bayek begun his search in the shipyard.[1]
