House of Iwn

The House of Iwn was a villa in Faiyum Oasis situated on a riverbank south of Philadelphia. It was notably adjoined by an atelier for burial portraits, and whose owner left out to rehabilitate her husband.

In 48 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa visited the villa and read a papyrus riddle that was placed on a table.^[1]
