Hidden Ones of Alamut, also known as the Alamut Brotherhood,Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag

In the 860s, the Alamut Brotherhood came under threat when a Tahirid force led a surprised attack on the camp and the surrounding valley. This came as a result of governor Muhammad ibn Tahir making a deal with the Order in exchange for removing the Tahirids protection on the castle ground.[1]
