• The city of Rajastan, India is irradiated by a Piece of Eden. This is probably a reference to a piece of news floating on the Internet (One such example) claiming that scientists discovered the city to be highly irradiated from an atomic blast that occured between 10,000 BCE to 6,000 BCE.

798000 BCE

• The city of Forli is "founded" by Palaeolithic cavemen.

Between 75000 BCE and 67000 BCE

• The Toba catastrophe occurs. It is speculated by the Assassins in 2012 to be the same event as the First Disaster.

3114 BCE

• August 11: The Mayan Long Count Calendar begins at 13.0.0.0.0. This starts the countdown to the Abstergo Satellite launch in December 2012.

2nd Millennium BCE

Prehistory

• The stories of Those Who Came Before and their children, happening in this period, would later be retold as mythologies in Ancient Greek. The Glyphs name this period as "Prehistory" , yet these events precedes the Trojan War, and is thus listed under the 2nd Millennium BCE.
• Zeus, one of Those Who Came Before, rapes Io, a human. Io gives birth to Epaphus.
• Zeus rapes Europa, a human, giving birth to Minos, Rhadamanthys and Sarpedon.
• Zeus and Danaë, a human, gives birth to Perseus.
• Perseus slays Medusa with the Sword.
• Zeus seduces Leda, a human, as a swan. Leda gives birth to Helen of Troy.
• Heracles steals an Apple from the Hesperides.

• The Assassin Iltani poisons Alexander the Great , who holds the Staff of Eden.

• Assassin Wei Yu kills Emperor Qin Shi Huang of China with a spear.

• The Romans built the city of Forli.

• The Antikythera mechanism is constructed, probably with help from Those Who Came Before.

• The city of Florence is founded by Gaius Julius Caesar.

• Gaius Julius Caesar is killed by the Assassins, led by Marcus Junius Brutus.

42 BCE

• Marcus Junius Brutus suicides.
• The Assassins revives Brutus with the power of the Shroud, who wakes for a moment then falls dead again.

• The Palazzo Auditore is completed.

• Maria Auditore describes her son Ezio in a diary entry.
• Lorenzo de' Medici writes a letter to Giovanni Auditore, admiring the lack of "ostentation" of the Palazzo Auditore.

1475

• Petruccio Auditore is pulled from school due to unknown illness. The Auditore family doctor confines Petruccio Auditore to bed.
• Federico Auditore becomes a clerk at the Medici bank.
• Rosa attempts to pickpocket Antonio de Magianis but is caught. She becomes Antonio's apprentice in pickpocketing.
• Girolamo Savonarola studies at Santo Spirito and becomes a Dominican friar.
• September 17: The Medici bank reports a bag of florins missing. Federico Auditore approaches Francesco Sassetti and reveals the location of the bag with a smile. The bag was hidden on one of the Florentine rooftops.

• Federico Auditore is fired from the Medici bank.
• All historical records relating to Ezio Auditore ceases.
• Leonardo da Vinci is accused of sodomy.
• Leonardo da Vinci continues his collaboration with Verrocchio.
• December: Giovanni Auditore uncovers a Templar plot to assassinate Galeazzo Maria Sforza.
• December 26: Giovanni Auditore fails to stop the assassination of Galeazzo Maria Sforza.
