Ariq Boke (1219 – 1266) was a claimant to the khagan title of the Mongol Empire.
With the assassination of Möngke Khan in 1259, his son, Prince Asutai, confided to Bayan that there would likely be a power struggle between his three uncles with Hulegu supporting Kublai against Ariq Boke.[1]
