The Psenhyris Trireme Wharf was a military camp located north of Faiyum Oasis that served as a dock for Ptolemaic triremes in Lake Moeris.
In 48 BCE, the camp was infiltrated by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa and discovered valuables as well as civilian prisoners. He then eliminated the captain and his soldiers, looted the treasures, and freed the farmers.[1]
