Als Hideout was a bandit hideout situated in the northeast corner of Kanopos Nome.
History
In 48 BCE, bandits from the hideout were hired by the Veneta Blue, a chariot racing team from Kanopos, to steal Saganaki, a racing horse from Philocrates, a patron of the rival team Prasina Green.[1]
Having learned of this, Philocrates dispatched his son Nikias, accompanied by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa and several Prasina Green members to retrieve the horse. The Greens travelled through the swamps to the camp and eliminated the bandits, thereby allowing Bayek to ride Saganaki back to the Zephyros Stables in the town.[1]
