Alfonso del Castillo was a Spanish conquistador who fought under the command of Hernán Cortés during the conquest of the Aztec Empire. Following a battle against the Tlaxcaltec, Alfonso witnessed Cortés using a Dagger of Eden on Chimalpopoca, an native captured commander, to convince him to help him broke peace between their people.
