The Cult of Serqet was a cult that sprang up around a man called Prophet of Serqet in Egypt during the 1st century BCE.

Sometime before 48 BCE, the Prophet of Serqet experienced a revelation, leading him to discard his old name, and "take her name". He believed that she would eventually show him and his followers the road to immortality, if only they sacrificed 'proper' victims to her, and read the organs they harvested from the dead right.[1]

At some point, the cult learned of the members of the Order of the Ancients, or at least their cryptonyms of the Hyena, the Scarab, the Heron, and the Ibis, but their prophet believed them all to be lesser than his "Lady of Poison".[1]

Following the remains of the cult's ceremonies, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa eventually tracked down the cultists and killed them, ending their mad belief once and for all.[1]
