King Arthur Pendragon was a legendary British leader who led the defense of Britain against the Saxon invaders in the early 6th century, and who would later become the king of Britain. He was also a member of the millenary organization which would later be known as the Templar Order.
Arthur possessed a sacred sword called Excalibur or Caliburn, one of the Swords of Eden, which he pulled from a stone.[1] By 2016, Alan Rikkin deemed that Arthur and Jacques de Molay's idealistic and benevolent view of the role of the Templars was doomed, and that their way was not the right path for the Order as both failed and died, the first betrayed by those he loved and the latter burned at the stake.
