The Suenites Quarry was located within the Tavern Point region of the island of Mykonos, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War the misthios Kassandra explored the quarry, finding it to be occupied by military forces.[1]

Trivia

  • The name of the place references the Egyptian city of Swenett, for it was known by the ancient Greeks as Συήνη (Syene).
