Ptolemy XIII Theos Philopator (62 BCE – 47 BCE) was a Pharaoh of Egypt, ruling alongside his older sister and wife Cleopatra VII from 51 BCE until his death.

In 51 BCE, Ptolemy became the co-ruler of Egypt with his sister until her exile from Alexandria. A pawn of the Order of the Ancients, Ptolemy later battled for the control of Egypt against his sister and her lover Julius Caesar. [citation needed]
