In around 422 BCE, the Order of Hunters were tasked by Amorges to eliminate Darius, a Persian official who had previously assassinated Xerxes I in 465 BCE.

Led by Pactyas, the branch hunted Darius across Persia and eventually to Makedonia, Greece in 422 BCE. In the same timeframe, they also began a hunt for the Spartan misthios Kassandra, whom they considered a Tainted One due to the high percentage of Isu DNA in her bloodline.[1]
