Nauplia

Nauplia is a seaport town which serves as the port of Argolis.

The town and its surroundings were known for the Battle of Sepeia, where the Spartans clashed with the Argives.

During the Peloponnesian War, the town was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1]
