The Kephisos Spring was a name for the spring and its pool within the Valley of the Nymph region of Phokis, Greece. It was named after the river god Kephisos, and his daughter, the nymph Lalaia was believed to protect the waters.
Near the spring was built the village of Lalaia, named after the nymph.[1]
