Herwennefer was a war elephant stationed at a bandit hideout in White Desert Oasis.
In around 48 BCE, the elephant was defeated and killed by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, who claimed the Shaman outfit.

- Herwennefer is possibly named after a Nubian revolutionary who led a secession of Upper Egypt from the Ptolemy dynasty in around 205 BCE. The name itself is a combination of the Egyptian word for Horus, ḥr, and one of Osiris' epitaphs, wnn-nfr.
