The Hephaistias Wharf was a quayside in which a guarded Greek trireme was stationed. It is located Faiyum Oasis, north of Philadelphia by Lake Moeris during the 1st BCE. The area comprised of a marketplace, a lighthouse, and rustic stables. Caravans periodically used it as a stopping place.

In 48 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa boarded the ship, eliminated the soldiers, then looted the valuables inside the tent.[1]
