This name, while consistent with the canonically confirmed ones, has not been confirmed. There remains the possibility that it's actually different (e.g. "Parisian Brotherhood" rather than "French Brotherhood")

I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name?
This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given.

The Greek Brotherhood of Assassins were the branch of Assassins located in Greece.

As of 1511, the Greek Assassins in Athens were having problems with retaining the trust of the people since the city came under Ottoman rule. Receiving aid from Ottoman Assassins, they convinced the people that they were an independent organization, not working for any nation. Together, the Greek and Ottoman Assassins also prevented the Ottoman soldiers from looting the Greek people, who acted against the orders of the Sultan.

In the same year, the Rhodian Master Assassin Castor was captured by the Knights Hospitalier. Ottoman and Greek Assassins sent by Ezio Auditore found that he had been murdered, and in retaliation, they burnt down the Hospitalier Compound.
