Fazil Fahim al-Kemsa, also known as Al-Rabisu (English: The Lurker),[1] was the first scholar of the House of Wisdom in the Abbasid Caliphate's capital of Baghdad. Secretly, he was also a member of the Order of the Ancients.[2]
