The Entrails of Gaia was a massive cave system in the Chasm of Torment, within the simulation of Tartaros.

This cave system ran from the mountain ridge near the border with The Scorched Lands to as far as Tartaros fortress and was used by Hades' guards. The cave featured many hallways and halls, some with trees and other flora growing in them.

During the Peloponnesian War, Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the area, killed the captains, and claimed their valuables.[1]
