Phaelos was an Athenian polemarch who served under Kleon during the Peloponnesian War.
Around 424 BCE, Phaelos was entrusted a key by Kleon to a certain chest at the Priest House in the Akropolis Sanctuary which contained sensitive information related to the general. He was later tracked down by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who took the key to recover the document to bring down Kleon's reputation.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
If Phaelos is not killed, he can be knocked out and recruited as a lieutenant for the Adrestia.
