| They call me many things: Murderer. Cutthroat. Thief. But you may call me Mad Captain. This article is about a subject that lacks an official name and is known only by its nickname, title, or alias. |

The mad captain (died 420 BCE) was the leader of a group of pirates in Korfu during the Peloponnesian War.
Biography[edit | edit source]
In 420 BCE, the captain grew interested in a particular treasure and had his men kidnap Herodotos to force Kassandra to give up the key she had recovered from the Sunken Temple near Pontikonisis Islet. She agreed, but he went back on his word and sent his men to kill them both once he had the key. While Kassandra dealt with the thugs, the captain went and found the treasure: an Apple of Eden.[1]
Unable to control the Apple's power, the captain was overcome with a frenzy and started killing his men with it. Kassandra arrived and fought him, killing him in the end. She also claimed his sword for herself after the ordeal.[1]
