Megakreon (died 420s BCE), also known as the Unbreakable, was a member of the Order of the Storm, a branch of the Order of the Ancients, operating in Achaia, Greece during the 5th century BCE.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Megakreon was recruited into the Order by Phila as her right-hand-man sometime in or before the 420s BCE, understanding the man's disdain for endless debate and war.[1] After learning that a Gyras, a Patrean engineer hired by Phila, had abandoned his work on the Chimera's Breath, she sent Megakreon to spy on Gyras.[2] She also told Megakreon that she would hold him personally responsible for a timely completion of the weapon.[3]
Megakreon himself ordered his fellow Ancients not to engage the Eagle Bearer in combat, although the Broker did not agree with his orders, and planned to fight the Eagle Bearer anyway, intending on delivering her head to the Tempest and thus gaining her favor.[4]
